Everything works like should be.Easy installation with code.Chipper to buy it in the BestBuy

I really like microsoft office. The salesperson recommended I buy it for college especially for my major so I “owned” all of my content created and not the school. It was a very helpful point and I am glad I got the software.

We bought the Microsoft 365 personal to install on our new HP 15.6" Touch Screen Laptop! The download and installation was very easy and the product works flawlessly with no issues. MS is very consistent, thus my first choice as a word and publishing software.

Works as advertised, easy to install and easy to use.

I have 2 children in high school, 1 in college, I am a high school teacher and I use Word to prepare Sunday Schools lessons, and my wife uses Word for Bible Study lessons with her ladies group. These software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) are crucial for us. It is well worth the $53.00 dollar per year subscription fee for us to have these applications.

easy to install and has eveything i needed. thanks

I like the ease of activation and renewal, and the features offered in this Microsoft 365 subscription. Almost any tool you would need for basic productivity is included, and enough storage to store your files. It's nice having cloud versions of the tools so you can use them without needing to install anything on your PC if you have a lower-end device without much room for apps and files.

Most of us can’t live without Outlook once we start using it. It’s the easiest email program. And it includes word and excel. So good.

I bought the Office subscription when I bought a new Lenovo laptop. Six weeks in, I was having issues (unrelated to Office) and Lenovo support told me (wrongly, it turns out) that I had to reset my computer to the default settings. After I did that, I mentioned that I was concerned about my Office subscription and Lenovo (again, wrongly) said they could put the 1 yr subscription back on the computer. Instead, they cancelled my existing subscription AND only gave me a 30-day trial. Then Best Buy's Geek Squad emailed me and said that since I had "purchased" an Office subscription from another retailer, I would no longer get Geek Squad support. I called and spent half an hour explaining to Best Buy what happened. They said that even if Office fixed it and got my original subscription back, Best Buy would not provide support unless I purchased, at full price, another year subscription. This is their policy. I asked for a supervisor and, after 23 minutes on hold, I was told he was too busy to talk to me. Office did fix the issue and simply re-installed it on my laptop; the very helpful woman also said they will provide support if needed. Moral of this story: don't rely on Best Buy for support of this product (oh, and don't buy a Lenovo computer).

Microsoft is excellent for work and school. It was easy to install and works perfectly

Everything you need for work, school or business. Simple to navigate. Alot better then the older versions.

Works really well, easy to download, like it better than some previous versions

The product (Microsoft 365) seem to be fine and the installation went smoothly, but since the purchase was done at Best But, as opposed to downloading directly from Microsoft, I sadly discovered that neither Microsoft nor Best Buy will accept responsibility for any problems. They just point the finger at each other.

The Microsoft 365 Suite answers my need to organize, and then stay organized, through the easy usage of the various programs. Installation was quick and easy.

I needed to get word and excel. Works perfect. The updated version is compatible with my computer at work.

easy to intall, it has all the features i need to work with no problems with install

Has everything I need to get my work done and so easy to install!!

Cannot live without Microsoft Office suite. My last company switched to Google. The Microsoft applications are far superior if I had my choice I would never use the Google apps again. Microsoft all the way baby # PowerPoint /excel

Good service to be included with the purchase of a laptop.

As an English Instructor who relies on digital tools for successful lesson planning and creative presentation execution, Microsoft Office 365 is ideal. It has been very user friendly which I appreciate because it helps save me time. Overall, I really enjoy using Microsoft Office because it has not given me any issues in any way or form.
