I went in to Best Buy & was told I needed to bring my laptop in to get help. I brought my laptop in & they refused to help me. I’m done with Best Buy.

When you log into your MS account you need to go into the subscription folder in order to start the download. That was not mentioned in the instructions.

You can build your resume, cover letter, reference page or any document using their templates or ones they have available online. You can create a presentation or slideshow using powerpoint. Or manage bills and money using their excel spreadsheets. You can do mnay other things too and you get 1tb of free storage from one drive.
