I find it hard to navigate, the directions aren't clear

Works well with my MacBook Pro. I've been using it in my school homeworks and projects. I always get good reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Super user-friendly.

My computer stopped working completely after 365 was installed. I cannot activate the key code. My computer is completely dead. This item was installed by the Geek Squad.

I mean, it's MS Office. Almost everyone uses it. You know what you're getting. 5 Stars. Would recommend. Also I'd also give two thumbs up if that is what you'd prefer. Either way, it's MS Office. Yaayy!

I love to have Microsoft 365. I could not do without those. This makes my job easier especially since I own a self-employment business.

I bought my last three computers form Best Buy, but this will be my last one. I purchased the computer, $100 for a year of Microsoft, then the $200 service plan so I could get everything transferred off the old computer to the new one. Three appointments later I still did not receive the results I was looking for (a new computer that worked and had the information from my old computer). I was then told that for an additional $200 Geek Squad would come to my house and make things work. Next computer I will go to a full service computer retailer and hopefully avoid all of the stress Bext Buy caused.

Installed on 2015 MacBook Pro with El Capitan and iPad with iOS 9.3. Have had some problems integrating Apple and Microsoft services on the MacBook, the services integrate well on the iPad and iPhone. Have had no problems so far using workbooks and documents created with Office 2010 on Windows 10, but have not tried a .xlsm workbook yet. I purchased an activation card (not just a code). When attempting to activate I accidentally went to a site which looked like a Microsoft site but was a phishing site. I think that site harvests activation codes and sells them online to people who end up not being able to activate and are then out the purchase price. Highly recommend purchasing from BB or other known reliable source and when activating be certain you are on the correct Microsoft Office site.

Love this computer! I am still learning because I am coming from a windows computer. However, I have had an iPad so it isn’t a huge change, yet I still have a lot to learn.

I've always loved Microsoft Office. The new version is great, but similar to the previous version. Only thing I hate is have to renew yearly to use it. I would prefer to own it outright, but not have to pay a huge price to do it.
