Bought this from Best Buy and was charged twice. Once from Microsoft & again by Best Buy. Sent them a complaint, no responce. Also, the technician that helped me could not make the email application work. Had to elevate to senior technician that updated the password in the application. Ten minuts and another charge. Inept.

Gotta have 365 especially when you run a business It allows so many options to assist me.

Love the print speed. The print color is MUCH too dim. This is a Black- INK, no color capability. Model: MFP Laser Jet, M234.

Nothing against the product itself. My gripe is with Best Buy. I tried to cancel the yearly recurring subscription before it charged my card again, and I went through the process of cancelling the subscription through an email they had sent me. It looked like the cancellation went through fine, but I found later that they charge my BestBuy Card again. I ended up having to pay some of the original amount (I did get a portion refunded) plus late fees and whatnot. Very frustrating as I did not need or am using this product at all. I will do my absolute best to not give Best Buy business ever again.

Very easy and friendly to use. The good thing it is that it updates so you always have the latest version of office.

Once I got problems resolved unrelated to Microsoft 365, it loaded very easily. i have not used it yet but I plan to use in the next couple of days.

I hope it will be a good laptop. For my husband to handle

this was an add on to my tablet purchase and I don't plan to use it in that capacity. however to my surprise the disc also comes with the home version of 2013 which I am using and it works as expected.

I wanted a hard drive for my computer that had been hacked and was sold an external drive instead and didn't know it until I got home and opened tne package. I can still use it so kept it. Next I ordered several items online and they didn't ship all of them. Had to go pick them up. Bought the hard drive online and had to purchase the windows program separate after I found it wasn't included in the hard drive. I'm NOT a happy customer and doubt I'll go back to purchase anything else from them.

I needed Microsoft word. Excellent deal on Microsoft 365 personal. Very happy with this product.

Very frustrating experience-talked with 2 different Geek Squad agents & got 2 different answers. Cancelled my Microsoft 365 under Microsoft, which cancelled my 365 under Best Buy? Ended up paying for two 365 packages under Best Buy. Still waiting for reimbursement of one of the 365 packages under Best Buy.

I purchased the home version good for 5 computers. When the card wouldn't scan the salesman retrieved another card. It wasn't until I got home and began loading it to the 2nd computer, that I noticed it was for one computer. When we called the store we were told to bring it back in. We live 45 minutes away and have not been back to the store. Great product. Lack of attention to detail by the sales man at the register. He did tells us we were not entitled two free virus protection software, even though we purchased two laptop computers.
