It is simple, just need to enter the card number but it is only for 1 year

After installing on my laptop and restarting it, everything works great.

Program is cumbersome and is constantly trying to sell you something. Very difficult to move to a replacement computer.

I bought this for my daughter that is starting college so this was a great tool for her.

It was easy to upload onto my daughter computer and it was up and running in seconds.

The Office 365 Personal software is great and easy to use.

Got this software at a awesome price..it was just what I needed.

My husband likes the easiness of use but also the variety that the software offers.

Did not need this add-on as I already have Microsoft 365. The sales person told me I needed it.

This was very easy to load and works great. I would recommend!

Great price savings as I received this in a bundle with Trend Micro Anti Virus plus a wireless mouse. Cancelled the auto renew once I purchased it. Got it for my little girl's school work. She has a school account but between her mother and I, we needed The Office suite as well. So much better than the 2010 version we'd been using. LOL!

Do not buy Microsoft office with a scratch off product key. When I scratched off the product key some of the number scratched off with it so I could not install office. I tried to return it to Best Buy and they said they could not help me and gave me Microsoft’s phone number to call them. I called Microsoft and dealt with them for over three weeks. Eventually they said they could not help me because it was past the 60 day purchase day policy. This was given as a Christmas gift with a computer and was purchased a month prior to Christmas. Then it was another month before I tried to install it as I was too busy with work and just use my old computer until I had time. So it was past 60 days. What’s unfortunate is Microsoft has our money and we have no product. I could understand this policy better if we had an actual physical product for over 60 days but this did not cost them anything. I was never able to install office. Microsoft was paid money and never provided a product other than a faulty scratch off card. And then to top it all off the representative from Microsoft told me over and over how they were all about customer service but ironically they could not help me because it was against policy. Terrible terrible experience. I’ve wasted so much time dealing with this that I can’t add up the value of the hours. Ridiculous. Will look for another way to do my job without office very disappointed in the complete lack of customer service.

When purchased it works perfectly fine. Definitely worth buying it.

Really helps out with work and it's fast and quick

So... this is sitting right next to the standard OFFICE which was $99.99. I think to myself, what idiots would pay double for this? So I buy it... then I realize that I have 1 year subscription and will have to renew it next year. I am dumb.

I bought it because I wanted to try Outlook which was part of it. I regretted it almost immediately because Outlook was too difficult to use and wastoo complicated even for the Geek Squad. I returned it and since then I found that everyone I spoke with had the same opinion. It may be ok if used within a corporation with a help desk but not for personal email users.

Get it, you'll need it, they make it easy to use, 'nuff said.
