New Office 365 great product, easy to use would recommend.

This network adapter is working great on my pc with my mifi.

It's got all the things you need and seems easy enough to use !

If you by a PC instead of an Apple you need these programs.

I set up my new MacBook Air at Christmas, and spent the next three weeks trying to load the software, which kept hanging up. Once I finally got it to load, it wouldn't activate. Three and a half hours (and three so-called MS customer service people later), I was told the activation module was down. Repeated attempts to activate returned "Invalid Product Key." I uninstalled it in favor of the native Text Edit. If it were possible to give it ZERO stars, I would do so. Complete waste of my money.

The office suite is perfect for the price. Love it

Cliches!!!!! Does not update when typing in word. documents do not appear on document list for a while. Doesn't make sense why?

Microsoft office is a necessity, but the cloud is not.

Great addition for Macs. Not thrilled at the price for a one year subscription.

Awful geek squad installation. No follow up and problems from the start!! Was told it was good for up to 5 computers. true?

Bought this several years ago for use in my business. Sold the business last September. Now, Microsoft will not let me access the PAID UP subscription (it had no trouble renewing in December). A few days after the renewal I was blocked from using it. Calls to Microsoft result in a robot telling me that I have nom access. The robot will not let me talk to a human being to resolve this. Never again Microsoft!!!!!!

Both Word and Excell don't work properly. The "save" tabs revert to "save as" and then the document disappears before you can save. Numerous "repair" downloads did not work or solve the problem.

Love that I can install on all my devices whether it be for school, work or my personal home desktop. Fits everyday needs and is a must have if you are as busy as me!

Most of us have used Office for years and it is still the only viable product for home or business. I spent the past year using Good Docs and it became a nuisance. While Docs is free, over time it was just frustrating since there is a lack of plugins, creating formulas are just not as intuitive, and using offline is impossible I am not a fan of subscription services, but if you are going to own Office and want all the bells and whistles the subscription is better than the standalone. One issue I had is that Best Buy requires a credit card for auto renewal. So they can charge us before we cancel the renewal.

I didn't install because it is only good for a year and I do not care to support microsoft co. The word processor and spreadsheet program that came with my Mac works just fine. I also use Open Office software that is excellent.

Best Buy employee lied when they told us that this was a one-time cost. It turned out to be an annual subscription that we've been paying every year.

I haven't had any problems like some on here report unfortunately for something that used to be free and I understand times change, I feel like the price is a little high, and it could be cheaper

This was recommended to me in the store when buying my laptop. Because they are coming out with a new version in a couple years, buying this keeps you flexible when the change over happens
