Tried to use the password and they locked my account. Too many tries, then the virtual agent is no good. Can't find a phone number to call. The number they give is overseas. How can you sell something and not have any help. It's like buying a car with no tires, I'm not getting any where. give me some help and I will change my mind.

I was charged TWICE for this last year, unbeknownst to me until recently. The first have already renewed and I DO NOT want this one to renew also! HELP!!!!

Also you cannot upgrade it easily. You have to go through their support. It us a very tedious and will take multiple days and consume your time. Better buy it from microsoft

Adds pop up all the time. Word doesn't respond and locks up. It's driving me nuts. I'm trying to get bills paid and tabs keep opening up to ads sites. I'm sick of it. Already ran a scan and it's still doing the ads pop ups and opening tabs. I'm very annoyed! Computer was fine before I installed the program. If I could get whatever wrong fixed I would love the program but right now I dislike it.

Waited over 80 minutes at the Geeks but had to leave and was still 129th in line. No customer service, no common sense, welcome to Microsoft!!!!
