I Love the software. I would highly recommend this to everyone. The only problem I have is that My 1 year subscription expired after 3 months Hopefully Best Buy can fix this

I followed the installation process and I don't see any of the programs on my machine. After it was supposedly installed, it wouldn't let me open any of my Office 2010 files. This is a disaster.

Hate this product. Not intuitive. Super glitchy. My wife and I are both struggling with it. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Its so slow I had to returned I got really desapointed.

I purchased this product online, when i got it i scratched off the foil for the code entered it and it is saying the product key entered is not activated !. where do i go from here!?

Best Buy keeps billing you with auto renew even if you don't use the computer.

Why spend the money. Google docs does the same thing and its free.

I have been unable to sign in and reset pin number.

No where to turn off auto renewal making it a lifetime subscription.

After 6 months, I finally gave up trying to work around all the screen freezes and error reports. I had a brand new Mac and I could not get simple things like a Word file to open. Outlook is the worst; I had to abandon the calendar function in favor of iCal. Just buy Office outright and save yourself a giant headache.

Would love to know what the renew cost is? Why is it such a secret?

Loved the PC version-not as delighted with the Mac version.

I purchased outlook 2019 and while transferring my items to my new PC I was locked out of Hotmail so I lost that item which I had just purchased because you cannot transfer it to a new email address, I never used the new Outlook 2019 and they will not refund my money because I cannot access my email, so I bought Office 365 and downloaded the program on my computer and the outlook will not work, have spent about 20 hours with so called technicians that cannot fix my problem, they just keep passing me on to other tech people. I now have spent the $129.99 pm Outlook 2019 then I bought Office 365 and I still do now have Outlook functional. Microsoft has the worst customer service in the universe, I will never buy another Microsoft Product! I will move everything to Apple when this PC is worn out.

I don't really see the value in paying an annual subscription for this product. I'd rather buy it once and download it. I've been using my prior version of Office for 6 years, but only use it occasionally.

I purchased Office 365 for a new Windows 10 computer because a Geek Squad member said my Office 2003 would not work on Windows 10. He was wrong-Office 2003 works great. I was told that Office 365 is returnable within 14 days if it is unused (ie, it is not scratched off to reveal the key). However, you cannot get a refund if you return it. Apparently there is a glitch in the Best Buy system that computes the refund as $0.00. I've been waiting 5 weeks for a refund and have made many long phone calls to many different people at Best Buy. No one has yet been able to resolve the problem. Yikes.

I had office 365, and purchased from BB a little over a year ago, but I guess if you let your subscription expire, you only get 5 GB of storage on OneDrive and you WILL lose your data! It can happen overnight! My recommendation is just to never use OneDrive. One star for the other features of Office, but do they even really matter if your hard work is erased and you waste 4.5 hours of your finite life on earth speaking to MS customer service reps who have to place you on hold so they can confirm their answers with their supervisors?

Give me the disk back. This download option is useless when I work offline most all the time and the blasted program constantly wants to verify itself, locking me out of the functionality of the program until I reconnect to the internet. I purchased the key, so let me work without having to be online to do so. Useless waste of money. Better to work with Shareware, at least it doesn't constantly lock me out of the program. I'd return it, but I've been trying to make it work somehow for too long. Save your money and use a safe Shareware version instead of this.

I am not commenting on the quality of the product itself but the way of doing business of both Microsoft and Best Buy. The move to continued payment via subscription vs ownership and no disk is unacceptable. The same for the policy of forcing automatic renewal and credit card charges without explicit consent unless you go through hoops to get it changed.

Microsoft 365 does what its supposed to and offers you there office products. The yearly subscriptions, and keeping everything on the cloud I hate.

Bought this product and returned it within the 15 day deadline. Firstly the return was denied by the bestbuy store although the package was unopened/unscratched. Then was asked to return it by mail by paying the mailing fee. Still didn't hear back from Geeksquad/Bestbuy even after 10 days from the day item was received. Called the customer services regarding my problem, and they put me on hold an hour. Still haven't heard back.
