It's less complicated than it used to be, but how many other options are there? I am not a computer geek so I don't know. It was recommended, I bought it, the laptop is satisfactory.

I'm new to this whole cloud thing, as I am used to buying my own license and worrying about my own backups. Value priced solution to the traditional software license, access from nearly any location across multiple platforms and devices for Microsoft's stalwart software titles,

Installing Office 365 was easy. I am still not super familiar with Windows 10 and I had a hard time finding where it put it. So I guess my beef is with Windows 10 and not Office. A lot of things are going to this subscription base. I guess I am okay with that. It works as it should.

Good quality exilent experience to buy from Best Buy thank you very much

The one thing I would say about Microsoft 365 is that we were told in the store that it came with a very good anti-virus software. However, I would recommend that you research that claim.

A perfect match to our new lap top...To us, our laptop would be useless without having this installed on our PC. There isnt any major change from prior versions, and we are still getting used to using this,,and feel in due time will be able to take full advantage what it has to offer

It's a product that we all need that's been completely revamped. Now available on a range of different devices including the iPad and Android tablets as well as their corresponding cell phone platforms. Plus you get a huge 1TB of cloud based storage with MS OneDrive. Super convenient

Easy to activate, very useful. All Microsoft services included for a year suscripción.

So grateful the Geek Squad set all of this up for me. It was so easy, and I had no frustration when I returned home to use my new product.

So far, so good. The Office 365 provides Word very similar to the version I had been using. So far the transition has been good and, of course, the quality is wonderful as expected.

365 has always been a must have. I have never had a problem with using this product since it was first released.

Iove this product! It's a big help for anyone who has a computer! Works great! Thank you Best Buy in Rockford, IL

Ease of downloading software is a plus, works well and synchs with existing forms.

I did not have this on my last laptop and I am still not sure how I survived! Everything I need from work or for my home business seems to come thru a Microsoft program and I couldn't open it without this. Also all of them are easy to use and have templates available where needed.

Really like this program. I have everything I need to complete my tasks. The cost is reasonable.

Great product. I have been using it for years on end. Installing the updated version was a breeze. Best Buy emailed me the instructions and I had no issues. It a welcome surprise to be able to be tech savvy.

Quick setup following new laptop purchase. Everything works! Enough said!!

Recently purchased the Microsoft 365. In the process of learning more about the program and how to use it. Looks great so far!

This is such a help keeping everything in order and so many new and improved features! Thanks again Apple!

This is the fourth year that I have (had) to purchase Microsoft 365 for my computer. It works well and is basically a seamless install. It would be nice to have a product that didn't require an annual purchase and update.
