The product was easy to install and seems easy to use. Am satisfied.

Office 365 works very well, but for a home user this subscription model can become very expensive in the long run. Home users don't require to upgrade every new release so the old model may result in substantial savings. If you don't need any of the new features I strongly suggest you to continue using Office 2013 for a longer time.

Very please with the new way that Microsoft is handling the program as a subscription. I can now work on doc’s and spreadsheets while away from my laptop and work on those from my iPhone- this is terrific!

Easy to use and set up and works great for the price

We purchased the bundle for my daughter when we bought her her new Macbook Pro for school. This was a great deal as we needed to purchase Office for her anyway and it happened to be included in the bundle. Same user friendly program with plenty of help if needed. I ended up purchasing a 5 license key program for work, also.

I’m an experienced MS Office product user, but am extremely disappointed. Excel glitches at the worst possible times. It works fine one minute, then freezes up and won’t recognize the arrow keys. Then it will suddenly begin working again. It’s only the Excel app and I’m using a brand new Lenovo laptop. It’s happening entirely too often.

I bought Microsoft Office 365 as a present for my daughter, a college professor. She likes to use her downtime to work on the book she is writing, as well as grant writing. Coupled with a her new ipad and a bluetooth keyboard she can work at a coffee shop, park bench or at her desk. She can easily import or export her documents.

So far, having to spend far too much time doing basics because Copilot always wants to take over! Wish I could disable Copilot easily when I choose to bypass it. Still trying to figure out how to do that! Snipping tool, after days of trying, is still nonfunctional for me. It automatically goes to a task bar preventing just a basic capture of a desired screen section, and then Copilot makes it awkward to paste easily into WORD.

Office 365 is a superior product to the installed versions you needed to buy and upgrade every year. Buying this with the computer saves money and makes it easy to stay up-to-date.

Having this system added to my laptop has added much more value to the work I can perform. Love it!

I have always used Microsoft Office and love this suite. It is also a great price for 12 months. It offers a wide array of programs which integrate well.

This is the best thing since sliced bread AND sliced cheese! To have ink shipped directly to your door and never run out is amazing in itself, but there's more.......it's less expensive than going to the store and getting it myself. This is truely something to get excited about! All printers should have this option!
