Customer Ratings & Reviews

We haven't tried it yet but we were told this could be installed on up to 5 personal computers/tablets, even though it states 1 person.

This software was easy to install and use. The guys at Best Buy were extremely helpful in making sure I got what I needed.

Works perfectly. Works as described. Easy to activate. I just hope it's easier to turn off auto-renew option so customers doesn't need to put a card on file and call the number to deactivate autorenewal.

If you want to use office on your computer, this is a good option. I bought this one online through bestbuy.com, you need to click on the link they give you to access the product and use it on your computer.

The process of buying a subscription-based software products was fast and easy through Best Buy. Great buying experience!

Has everything I need! Creating flyers to or drafting document to building your database. Building contacts and reaching out to them. The Best!!

A little confusing at first to do for an older person, since it has to be onlline. Other than that it was good

All the tools you need in one place! Why go with anything else?

I had been paying $10/mo to Microsoft for the program. Was worried when I switched to this that I would lose saved files, but never happened. Slight problem, but resolved it in a few hours. Seems to be working seamlessly through the transition now.

This is exactly as advertised, and it is an excellent deal with the BestBuy membership!

The Microsoft 365 is just simply the best, everything you need for a home PC or office. I use Microsoft 365 to maintain logs, help my kids with school assignments etc.

I used to have this program but it expired. I repurchased it because it is an excellent program

needed software to run everyday life on computer. after finding out my computer wasn't preloaded with program when it should've been. I had to buy office365. It is great to be on computer without any pop-ups saying not able to see certain documents..

Excellent product that covers all our needs! Satisfied!

My new Dell laptop came with a free 6-month subscription to MS Office 365. We will be using it soon at work so glad I now have it at home. Love it. I use Excel the most and have no complaints. I hate Apple, so I might be a bit biased when it comes to any Microsoft product.

Excellent service, lovely staff, and everything a person needs to have fun

Easy to use, most of the Program. Just wish that there was more information than just online. Is it Expensive to update each year? Can you (myself) only get what I need? The auto renewable how much?

I recently had to purchase a new computer and needed all of the programs that Microsoft 365 offered. I had the Geek Squad install everything. When I got home I just had to plug in and everything was ready.
