Customer Ratings & Reviews

This have been helpful to me because I was able to access the tools I needed.

I don’t have to worry about my MS Office applications. It was easy to install.

Computers used to come with office. Now you have to buy it and the license is only good for a year! What's the matter Bill Gates, are you not wealthy enough!!! I gave the product 5 stars because it is a good product, not because I had to buy it...

I like the new features I have available but will be coming in for some assistance. Overall very satisfied. I am however waiting on a survey for the help provided to me while there

I’m very satisfied with my recent appliance purchase from BestBay. The buying process was quick, simple, and completely secure. I’ll definitely shop at BestBay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality products and great service.

I'm still learning but it was easy to buy and easy to install. Just FYI I am not a computer person!! So when I said it was easy it was for a non computer person

The Microsoft Office 365 is very user friendly especially for a non tech person like myself. There are a great deal of options that I still need to review but for now I am enjoying this updated version very much.

My exposure to Microsoft office at home has mostly been through Mac computers. This came with my purchase of a windows laptop and since I installed it, I see a world of difference on the windows 8 version. The flow feels much better and I feel more productive overall!

Great deal and easy to use app! For school my wife is satisfied

It has everything I need, simple to use and the price is good also

I got very helpful advice and direction from my Best Buy employee - Jacob (Sioux City Best Buy) in my purchases. I absolutely love my new laptop and software install by the Geek Squad.

Absolutely love having this option. So much you can do with all the options. Highly recommend for anyone starting a business

Geek squad made it easy. All of the software programs I need for my home office at my fingertips!

As an Office program it is prefect, but the fact that only a subscription would work on my tablet was very disappointing. I keep my laptops longer than it would make the the subscription economical.

Office 365 is what I am used to on my desk-top so having it on my Surface Pro 3 is fabulous. I did have trouble loading it myself and after two rather lengthy calls to Tech Support (one to India and one to Pakistan through the 877 tech support number) I got it sorted.

I have quickly fallen in love with my new laptop. I love the lightweight design but more than anything, it is perfect for me to take care of all of my business needs rather I'm working at home or on the go.

Gave access to all of my windows documents with ease. Used on my phone too.

Microsoft 365 always a very efficient product. Great price and and items within package. Everything you’ll need for personal use!

A must have for all computer users. Good value for the product.

This is how MS gets a functioning Office software package onto iOS, on an iPad, where all data must come from the cloud, no external jack interface possible. Pretty smoothly done, with OneNote included, however, still limited in number fonts for Word.
