It's less complicated than it used to be, but how many other options are there? I am not a computer geek so I don't know. It was recommended, I bought it, the laptop is satisfactory.

this item is perfect for me in every way… my son gifted this to me as my other laptops were outdated and troublesome… this product was recommended to us by a nephew of mine who owns three microsoft laptops… the sleek look as well as the comfort of the keys and the solid build were also selling points… i am so pleased to have resumed my use of a computer with a clear head by not having to be concerned about losing information as i have been experiencing as of late… my only wish is that a yearly subscription for software was not so expensive and better yet…that it was included in the purchase of the computer…

Great product for my use. I have this laptop for personal use only and this software helps with my budgeting and other.

The installation process is a piece of cake. This product requires paying annual subscription fees which is OK by me to ensure I keep the most current version in my system. This is our first year trying this but so far no issues. I would not recommend this because I do not have enough experience with the product yet.

So far I am very pleased with Microsoft 365. My only complaint is that Best Buy keeps emailing me to install it and I already have it. Is there a reason for it?

I was reluctantly upgrading from Office 2010, so was totally pleased that all my excel spreadheets and word docs worked fine on the Microsoft 365, and glad that I could still save files to my laptop and not the One Drive cloud.

If you think it’s a waste of time guess again. It’s easy when you purchase with your equipment. The access and use made me feel like it was there all along.

Has everything I need! Creating flyers to or drafting document to building your database. Building contacts and reaching out to them. The Best!!

Microsoft may be evil but these products are pretty much standard so you don't have much choice. They work well for what they are for and may god have mercy on my soul for supporting a billionaire.

I'm regularly working with Microsoft products and Getting good service without any problem. It's easy to use and works fine. So far no complaints. I encourage to add this product when you buy any new laptop, ipad etc.

Did not meet my expectations. It's a huge problem when it expires, and to communicate with Microsoft, you have to buy a ticket to the moon. The office is not like previous years. Thanks

Perfect office product to be downloaded to the MacBook

After buying a MacBook I had to have MS word for work as I do work from my home computer time to time. I am so happy Microsoft is offered on the MacBook. Installation was easy and the program works as it should on any other computer.

This was a life saver and at a great price. It allowed me to be able to do work from h9me and work on other office documents.
