Customer Ratings & Reviews

This definitely took off some of the stress of needing Microsoft applications. It gave me the option to use Microsoft for a while, then if necessary when the 12 months are up, I can either find alternative programs, or renew.

Bought this for my daughter and she uses it on her new laptop. I've used Microsoft Office for many - many years and 365 is just the newest iteration. The learning curve was not steep, just the usual find where the command is located. I've found it to be very reliable.

Microsoft 365 is phenomenal - always has been and always will be my go-to! I couldn't be an entrepreneur without it. I use it to prepare various products for my clients, such as documents for notarization and taxes, resumes, Excel charts, event programs using Publisher, tables, invoices, correspondences; if you can imagine it, MS365 can help you design it! I purchased this MS365 along with a laptop for my granddaughter, as she was starting her freshman year of high school. I know it's essential for her to accomplish her goals. I can rest assured she is prepared and will always be able to complete her assignments easily. The displays and available templates will guarantee her success!

Wonderful product, easy to use and excellent compatibility with Co-pilot.100% recommended for buy.

Like this product. Works well, and is simple to install. Medium amount of "suggested MS advertising" during install, but not out of the ordinary. Girlfriend likes having the functionality that is similar to her work PC.

I purchased the card in the store and its better to getvthe 12 month subscription vs.the 3 month. There wasn't that much of a difference in price. The direction was easy and simple. Everything working great.

Works well with Microsoft 365. I got a few, and I would buy this again in the future if they have the same deal. Microsoft allows you to stack up to 5 years max for Office 365. In addition to the 15 months, I got one more extra month from Microsoft by adding my credit card to the auto renewal when activating the new subscription. The fingerprint readers come in an unsealed box. I don't trust the fingerprint readers enough to test them out or use them. However, the card just works as expected

Easy to install and works great. All MS 365 features available.

Works perfectly. It is easy to use and serves my needs.

This was a good purchase. The product was a good addition to add on to the new HP laptop. Now i get the full benefit and also get to see all my new HP can do with the additionall access.

Microsoft Office is not only good for account-related emails, but cloud storage and space to save from your hard drive. I didn't even consider the benefits of the second till I needed it.

I like it, I like that its compatible, somewhat easy, full set, and priced well, renewable..... I already recomended it before I even got it.

Keep my productivity flowing easy to use and my spreadsheets come out great, 365 Word documents are compatible with my previous word documents I transferred from another pc. My invitations came out beautifully. I can created some amazing powerpoint presentation slides and print them out. I love access for all my keeping files.

The Microsoft 365 package has been one of the best additions to our home setup, especially with my kids doing so much schoolwork online. The apps are fast, reliable, and incredibly easy for them to use. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint have become part of their daily routine, and the cloud storage in OneDrive makes it simple for them to save assignments and access them from anywhere. What I appreciate most is how seamlessly everything syncs across devices. Whether they’re working on their HP laptop or switching to a tablet, their files and notes are always right there. The included security features also give me peace of mind. For families, students, or anyone who needs dependable tools for work and learning, Microsoft 365 delivers outstanding value and convenience. Highly recommended.

I needed word, excel etc and covers what I need. What I don't like is that you have to pay every year instead of owning it out right.

The help provide with instillation was awesome. The Geek Squad was professional, friendly, and easy to talk with. I was satisfied with the service and would recommend this product to anyone.

It was a great price on sale. I can't get away from needing at least Word and Excel on a regular basis, even though I do have the free OpenOffice-based suite. Even though it's now a subscription product, and I'll have to pay full price if I decide to keep it past the first year, it was a real deal and I can use on all my computers (the license is good for five machines; don't know if that includes the iPad and iPhone).

I found this difficult to install on my computer, so I called the number on the outside of the package and was connected online and by cell phone to install it. Now I realize it has considerably slowed down my connection to the web and will have too call again or make an appointment at Best Buy to get this fixed!! I bought the Best Buy $199.00 pkg. for the year to be able to get this help, BUT do not feel I should have needed it to reinstall a Microsoft Office 365 12 month subscription! Why can't you make this installation a simple process?

I have to use Word because it's an industry standard so I got the subscription but I'm not really happy about it because 1) it's only for one year and in the past a program could be purchased and used for as long as possible and 2) I hate outlook and I don't even know what One Note is for (and if it's for scheduling or organizing random thoughts, I've already got other apps to do that and they were free apps).

Great product, I bought this online so the set up was sent to me via email. I did not get the email, but once I received my laptop i called customer service and they were very helpful and resent me the email for my Microsoft 365. Easy to install, and easy to use .
