Customer Ratings & Reviews

Use it everyday. Works well. Still trying to get use to all features.

Excellent quality product. Works as advertised. I would recommend it to anyone.

Worked smooth the very first time using. Needed a little help getting each separate icon onto my desk top for quick use.

Relatively easy to adapt to after using earlier version for so many years.

It's MS Office, it has always been a fairly good product and it seems to get better with each new release. I do really hate that they are pushing everybody into a yearly reoccurring fee. But I guess that is just the way of things these days.

I received excellent advice from the associate in the computer department. The technician with the Geek Squad was also very helpful and pleasant. I will request him again.

I love that it was a good deal with my computer. I use all the programs daily and never have any problems with them. I hope to continue using it.

Easy to use and load after keying the necessary code. It is much like the older versions used with a disk, but now you must purchase a subscription.

Its an awesome thing where you can just go to there website and download it, instead of using a cd and downloading. it was fast and easy to install. Microsoft office is something that everyone should have and use.

Been using this software for 20 years and I still like it. I'm old school though. I like to own the physical product, but I will deal with it.

Works great, and does what it is supposed to do. Installation was super easy. I'd buy from Best Buy again.

I am pleased with this product and use it everyday. I recommend this product. I use this same product at work and there's no difference in this one and the Business version.

I have two teenagers who use this system on projects writing etc. I also use it on different things for work and my graphics and projects of my own very great to have added to your desktop or laptop if you mean business worth the money!

Set up was good had coupe of issues but that was me wanting to use it with a new account. Not had a any issues

Bought a new all in one and received a discount on the Microsoft 365, very pleased as I was going to have to purchase this anyway.

I'M STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE IT AND WHY IT HAS DISAPPEARED OFF MY DESKTOP. I LIKE THE FACT THAT I CAN WRITE AND FORM A PARTICULAR PAGE HOW I WANT IT. IT'S GREAT TO BE NEAT AND SINCE I CENTER OR ALIGN LEFT OR RIGHT WORD IS GREAT.

This is the first time I have used Microsoft Office in digital format and I have the stack of CDs from older versions of Office to prove it! Lol. Best Buy offered this as an extended subscription - 15 months for the price of 12 - when I recently purchased a new laptop. I appreciated the convenience of being able to automatically download the software and to look ahead without much worry when new versions of Office are released. As long as I maintain the subscription, everything is taken care of and the cost over time favors the annual digital format over buying a new CD each and every time.

I love this product. I use it for my everyday needs for work and school

An upgraded version of Office, easy to install and use.

Very useful for everyday use. Value for money. Affordable and great finds in store.
