Customer Service wanted to charge us over the phone to fix it after purchasing the software, so we had to go into the store, and after 3 different people trying to fix it, one girl did, and after that there were no other problems.

The cost was great and it was easy to set up an auto-renew subscription. Quick download and ability to use.
