Customer Ratings & Reviews

I bought this software because my current 365 software was expiring. What I did not know was if you fail to update your old 365 subscription there is a possibility you could lose all of your file information associated with the outdated subscription. I searched around and found BestBuy to be the most economical for my needs. I constantly use Excel and Word to work from home. Grammarly and Editor are my go-to programs in Word for writing emails and letters. They keep me from making spelling, punctuation, and grammar mistakes when sending out letters and emails. Excel is just a workhorse for anything with budgets and general accounting. The charts and graphs in Excel work perfectly for creating slideshows and complicated spreadsheets. The help function in Microsoft 365 helps you find answers to computing functions in programs and alleviate the navigating of the internet. It is right there at your fingertips. The installation was quick and easy to install.

This was easy to install and use. Buying this I can add it to multiple computers. The cost is the only issue but we bought it for my daughter to use at college. We have put this on a couple of laptops already.

I'm not complaining about Office. It works well. I have used it many years but I hope to one day completely move from Microsoft products now that I have moved back to Mac platform. The office products are all fine (except Outlook-not a fan) but that last several rollouts in clunky operating systems really pushed me away. I don't like having to buy yearly subscriptions to software that I really have no need to update. That is a big frustration.

Very affordable price . Excel is used a couple of times a week and has been easy to setup.

This has been very helpful for school and personal use. I use Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft apps regularly, and everything works smoothly across my devices.

Excellent software! I use this for personal and business! Easy to install!

Office 365 is a great product at a very reasonable annual price. You always have the most up-to-date version and all the Geek Squad support needed. I got it for my computer and my wife's computer. Great value.

In good condition and easy to use. All I needed was the code and as soon as uploaded the code. Everything else responded appropriately.

Have to be aware that it automatically renews every 12 months. Hopefully i will be receiving a notice when that time occurs. But i do get word, and excell that i am familiar with from work.

I am glad I purchased for school, work and personal life. I am able to get everything done on any of my devices. It’s worth the money

Works well! Easy to use and understand! Have used this in the past and it’s just keep getting better!

recently purchased Microsoft 365 to install on two laptops for our church, and it has been a wonderful investment. The setup process was smooth and easy to follow on both devices. The subscription provides access to all the essential apps we need—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook—along with cloud storage through OneDrive, which has been a huge help for keeping our church documents organized and accessible. One of the best features is the ability to share files and collaborate in real-time. This has allowed our ministry team to work more efficiently and stay connected, even when we are not physically together. The security features also give peace of mind, knowing that our data and records are protected. Overall, Microsoft 365 has been a blessing for the church, providing reliable tools that help us operate in excellence and keep everything running smoothly. I would highly recommend it to any church, ministry, or organization that needs dependable software for productivity and communication.

This newest version of Microsoft office tools and team platform is a standard at the two jobs I work at normally. It allows me to both access information at home and with COVID restrictions was a must for the interface I needed at home to stay employed during the on-site shut down. I got a good price at Best Buy when I updated my home desk PC.

Great access to Excel& Word for my new Windows 11 PC

It's Microsoft Office, so you're familiar with the features. It's an updated version from what I'm used to, so I'm still learning about One Drive. However, I think it'll be useful once I get the hang of it. This is the first time I've tried a subscription to Microsoft Officevs a standalone copy. I haven't installed my additional copy on my tablet yet, but I plan to! I'm looking forward to being able to work from home when necessary.

I have used Microsoft products for years. This newest 365 version has everything I love about the old versions (like snipping tool) and then some such as the AI program Copilot. I am a Microsoft fan for life and I am happy to have bought it through BestBuy since I was shopping for other things there anyway. It was refreshingly convenient. What a time saver to buy my electronic goods and software all at one location.

I love it and it works well!! I always love getting this product because it has what I need for school and it has everything. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs it for school or work. It’s hard to find this at other places and Best Buy is the best place to get it with all of the Microsoft products all at once.

Ease of use was perfect. Works well with my macbook.

It’s great to have this all in one package and not have to deal with multiple subscriptions. It was so easy to set up! I’ll definitely continue this subscription for the years to come.
