I have only used it a couple of times but so far, it seems just fine. I like the deal I got. Usually, it costs $70 but as a Total Tech member, it was only $50 for Best Buy Geek Squad to activate it. In addition, the subscription usually lasts for a year but mine is for 15 months.

When my old version of Microsoft Office expired I needed to purchase a replacement. When reading the various reviews I found out that the annual subscription would be better since it will be updated as needed while the one time version wouldn't be. Having used the app for both my iPad and iPhone and seeing how frequently it is updated it seems the better choice is the annual subscription.

Posted .In order to turn off your auto-renewal, please proceed with the following steps:
Go to the Services & subscriptions page.
If prompted, sign in with the Microsoft account email and password associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription.
On the Services & subscriptions page, locate your Microsoft 365 subscription and then select Manage.
Do one of the following:
If you see a Turn off recurring billing link, choose it to turn recurring billing off.
If you see a Cancel link, choose it to cancel the subscription. You might be given the choice to get a refund for unused time. If you choose to get a refund, the subscription will go into reduced functionality mode immediately. Otherwise, you'll have access to your subscription until it expires.
If you see a Turn on recurring billing link, it means recurring billing is already turned off.
If you don't see options for Turn off recurring billing or Cancel, but instead see Paid with and None, it means your subscription will end on the date specified in Expires on.
Follow the prompts to turn off recurring billing. You'll have access to your subscription until it expires.
