I like this product because it’s personal unlike that public stuff all the other guys are trying to force down your throat. Microsoft personal. Just you and Microsoft. It’s not public, you and 20 other people in a small subway car, nowhere to sit, someone’s eating, why is it so hot in here, did that person shower today,??? I just wish this was more personal… ah!!! That’s why I like it. Personal.

Great subscription for the family I recommend it to all the family

Friendly faces, beautiful display showcases, and best of all the floors and counters are so very clean. From the option of cutbside pickup all the way to their geek squad house calls for installations the customer service is what i can only describe as the bees knees! (Just a little tid bit, that saying comes from the fact that bees collect the sweetest pollen balls behind their knees on their way to make the honey.) Best Buy you will forever have a sweet spot in my heart and daily life, Thank You

Although John and Dan primarily helped me, I must say that everyone in the geek squad team participated in the complex work involved to fix my computer. These young adults showed much professionalism, talent and patience as I had numerous questions and as said above my situation was complex. Fortunately the Princeton Best Buy is not far so I have no stress with my computer now as I’m a member of total tech. That said, I hope to keep my visits at a minimum lol

Microsoft is the best for every computer device to perform any task.

I like the sleekness of it, the size is perfect for me, the lit keyboard is a bonus, and although I haven't used it very much yet, I like the feel of it meaning the feel of the keyboard when I type. I originally purchased this laptop for personal use but due to current circumstances I am now using it for work as well. This is my first HP computer and although I purchased it awhile ago, I just started using it and couldn't be happier with it.

It was so easy to set up, easy to access across the board. And I'm not tech savvy.

The Office 365 software package was just right for us and especially when we had old Word, and excel documents that migrated with no issues or problems. We are pleased with this new software package

I've been using Window 10 for about a month. The transition is almost seemsless. Some folks are waiting to see if there are bugs in the system that need to be worked out. No. Don't wait. It's fine.

I have purchased a convenient 12-month subscription for one individual that automatically renews. However, I have not yet activated it because my family's subscription is still valid until March. I am confident that I will be pleased with this subscription, especially since it is perfect for my current need of having only one user.
