It is very user-friendly and much more efficient than older versions of Office. My only disappointment was that you had to purchase it online and I will have to renew it every year. On the plus side, it does include Publisher!

Dislike how MS wants access to every piece of information about me and what's on my pc everyday! And causes delays to keyboard and printer when I cable in to reconnect.

There are tutorials and helpful hints which come handy. I still have a lot to learn on the new suites, but so far I like what I have seen.
