We had an older version of Word and Geek Squad helped us update when we got new computers. I really like the new Word format and so much easier to use.

Great product, I bought this online so the set up was sent to me via email. I did not get the email, but once I received my laptop i called customer service and they were very helpful and resent me the email for my Microsoft 365. Easy to install, and easy to use .

It is fine and very good to use with Mac, good speed and support all software, but i have problem with add my printer Brother DCP 1510W, i can not use this printer with new mac.

All programs were easy to install and provide convenience for my profession.

Obviously you need this if you plan on doing any kind of work. Sure, there are freeware items out there, but be careful when downloading so you don't get any malware.

It helps with writing, organizing, and summarizing — all while keeping things simple and stress-free. Super intuitive, reliable, and makes work feel easier. Totally worth it!
