Microsoft Customer Care
The hidden numbers tore off.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The rub off paper covering over the hidden 25 digit number was not completely legible.I could only read about 15 of the numbers. I was advised that it was a Microsoft problem and to take it up with them. I didn't see it that way. Best Buy sold me the software program and therefore was liable. If I bought a computer monitor and took it home and it didn't work "out of the box," it would have been a Best Buy problem. Why wouldn't that also be true here ? It took the store manager (Chey Anne) to get involved and solve my problem. I made several trips to the store before I was able to walk away satisfied. She made it happen !!! This rub off "stuff" is just no darn good..............
