I purchased with a new laptop, and it seemed to come already installed -- even though I kept receiving emails to install it. So I'm not sure I needed to purchase it?? Customer service couldn't help me find the answer.

Not only did the software seamlessly integrate with what I'd been using, but with the employee's assistance I could still access previously-created docs and saved money in the process. Fabulous!
