It is very user-friendly and much more efficient than older versions of Office. My only disappointment was that you had to purchase it online and I will have to renew it every year. On the plus side, it does include Publisher!

I was advised that it was a Microsoft problem and to take it up with them. I didn't see it that way. Best Buy sold me the software program and therefore was liable. If I bought a computer monitor and took it home and it didn't work "out of the box," it would have been a Best Buy problem. Why wouldn't that also be true here ? It took the store manager (Chey Anne) to get involved and solve my problem. I made several trips to the store before I was able to walk away satisfied. She made it happen !!! This rub off "stuff" is just no darn good..............

Install was easy as 1,2,3. It was sent to my email and installed with in minutes. Gives step by step directions, so literally you can not mess up. It's totally easy, even if you have no technology experience. Just play the helpful videos and voila.

Fortunately, you can just log in to your microsoft account (easy to create one with email address if you don't have one already) and just change the computer that the license is linked with. The actual software seems clean and crisp in design. No shortcomings that I've found so far. It's unlikely that I'll pay for the yearly subscription for updates but the sales person told me that I will still be able to use the software in it's current state without paying for a subscription. Hopefully that turns out to be true.
