I have had this version for few weeks now, and it works flawlessly. That is more than I can say for the previous version I owned. This version has never crashed. I'm very pleased with it.

I am just transitioning from Windows 10 to Windows 11. 365 has helped but I am still learning and getting used it it!

Received a discount on the entire suite of Microsoft apps as this was purchased at the same time as a lap top computer. It also is for 15 months, which is like getting 3 months for free!

Was easy to install and meets all our expectations. The different applications are easy to use.

I'm a college student. I don't really have the choice of not having some sort of access to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. At least now I can use it on different devices too.

Although not a fan of Microsoft (the software), this computer runs great...best that I have had. It is sleek, narrow with a good look to the screen. Best part is that it was a great price!

I needed the Microsoft Office Suite, this was the best price I've seen for the subscription service.

Even though I was never supportive of the fact that Microsoft now made Office a subscription; the product does what it's supposed to do. (Yes, I am aware I can purchase the software forever.)

Got this for free with my laptop purchase from Best Buy. Works seamlessly with my ipad and the Lenovo tablet. No complaints what so ever.

The product I expected from Microsoft. Software was easy to install.

There should be more package options, or be able to put together a personalized package if this implies an extra cost. In my case I only use 3 or 5 programs that cover all my needs. but they are not in one package.

The rub off paper covering over the hidden 25 digit number was not completely legible.I could only read about 15 of the numbers. I was advised that it was a Microsoft problem and to take it up with them. I didn't see it that way. Best Buy sold me the software program and therefore was liable. If I bought a computer monitor and took it home and it didn't work "out of the box," it would have been a Best Buy problem. Why wouldn't that also be true here ? It took the store manager (Chey Anne) to get involved and solve my problem. I made several trips to the store before I was able to walk away satisfied. She made it happen !!! This rub off "stuff" is just no darn good..............

365 is all year around. One yearly payment. Really easy and affordable. Using it upto 5 devices and at the same time if needed

I needed to return my brand new computer and I was nervous that the single license I purchased would be linked with my old computer. Fortunately, you can just log in to your microsoft account (easy to create one with email address if you don't have one already) and just change the computer that the license is linked with. The actual software seems clean and crisp in design. No shortcomings that I've found so far. It's unlikely that I'll pay for the yearly subscription for updates but the sales person told me that I will still be able to use the software in it's current state without paying for a subscription. Hopefully that turns out to be true.

Works fine. This is a product that has been around since our ancestors were writing on cave walls.
