Also, why give a customer a CD version of the software installation with a laptop with no CD Drive? I had to buy a separate plut & play drive for the new laptop, although I was later told an online download is available. We'll get hooked, then actually have to buy the same software in 12 months anyway--but we might get an upgraded version by that time?!?!?!?

I wasn't sure I had to purchase this, but I couldn't get it to work any other way. I am very happy - I am able to work on word documents, as well as excel spreadsheet. I haven't used powerpoint yet, but I can see the value of having access on the go.
