Good Products just hard to cancel subscription, watch out for the Auto-renewal if you dont want it hard to get removed

I have been using Microsoft 360 for a long time. It is easy to navigate. I am able to create many different projects. The cons: The price. It use to be free with the purchase of the computer. Now you have to pay for it and then continue to renew it at a price.

office has everything i need in one convienent package.

My wife and I were looking for to update Word in our laptop, but the 365 gave us more and beyond because with just one license we can use all the Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook

I had a toshiba laptop before. I just upgraded to a mac book pro. So I needed to get an office that was compatible. I love being able to sync it with what was on my other drive.

Currently had Office 97 which worked well but Office 365 has a number of enhanced features that I can use.

It's super easy to download on your computer. It shows you step by step. All the programs that you need are in one place. Very useful for any type of business or school work.

I was told to purchased Microsoft 365 since it wasn't already installed on my new computer. Well once I hooked up my computer I realized that I didn't need Microsoft 365 because I was able to use Google Docs for free. When I tried to return Microsoft 365 back to Best Buy they wouldn't refund me the purchased price because they said they had no way of knowing if I had already downloaded it on my computer. Well if I purchased it from Best Buy & you have to register the software before you download it on the computer, Best Buy should have a way to tell if you registered the software or not by looking up the Product Key. Anyway, I was very disappointed that I had Microsoft 365 which I don't need and I'm out of $59.99 for a yearly subscription. I know you may say just download the software and use it since it's paid for but I don't want to do that I wanted a refund.

Love the Microsoft suite and how it all ties together. Easy to set up and easy to use.

Easy to install so that’s a plus. Will just need to need to uninstall when ready for an upgrade after it expires.

I really like that you can use this for not only your computer, but also your smartphone. The only reason that I don't give this 5 stars is that I don't want to pay for this every year.

A must have program for todays world. Good for all levels of education

Obviously Microsoft Office is a necessity. I couldn't work without it.

I had previous experience with Office365 at work so the layout was familiar to me. For someone moving from the installed versions of the MS Office suite, it will be a learning curve. I'm not fond of the pared-down UI's for Word and Excel and I'm really not fond of Microsoft's subscription model for the Office Suite. I'm strongly considering moving to OpenOffice after my subscription ends.
