Love Microsoft 365 Personal for the work I do as an online English teacher.

MS 365 Personal meets my work from home laptop and seamlessly works well in connecting to my office system.

Microsoft programs are still superior to Google's alternatives - buy it for your sanity.

Office 365 was represented to me by the salesperson as a "full-fledged" version of Microsoft Office. I described my prior use of Office Professional and that I needed to be able to continue using the components of Office in the same way. The assurance that Office 365 is always updated to the most current version and the small subscription price as compared to the cost of Office Professional were definite enticements to purchase it. However; once I tried to use it, I was very disappointed. Outlook is NOT the same at all as with Office Professional. It won't allow me to add my current email addresses - it only allowed me to set up an @outlook.com address. This does NOT meet my needs at all. I need to be able to access all of my email accounts in one place, just like I am used to doing with Office Professional. I am disappointed in Word also. It does NOT have the same functions as Office Professional. It automatically saves documents on One Drive, but doesn't allow me to name or save my documents where I desire them. For someone who rarely has need for creating documents, auto-saving as Document 1, 2, 3, etc., along with the date created may be adequate. For me, it is not. I'm a writer - and as such, I need to be able to have control of when, how and where my documents are saved. I have not yet attempted to use the other components of Office 365, but I assume I will run into the same limitations with them. This may be a wonderful product for beginners or for students; however, it does not meet my needs at all.

A better version than the previous Microsoft Office software products. The only set back is you’ll have to renew the subscription after 1 year.

A good way to get Microsoft products to use at a better price when bundled with a laptop, Chromebook, etc.

Has a lot of good features. I haven't had any issues. I enjoy using the software.

I love being able to use word and PowerPoint on my Mac its great because I don't like pages that is apples version of word that much. So I would defiantly recommend this

Not only is the Microsoft 365 a great deal but the instructions for installation were clear and easy.

The help on the floor was wonderful. Please check my receipt but I think her name was Jessica? She was very helpful. I know we older folks are a pain sometimes but she never made me feel like I was bothering her. I love the laptop she helped me pick out. The Geek Squad was great also. Same thing, lots of patients with us older folks. You have no idea how helpful it is to have help figuring all this out. Makes us spend more. :-)
