Customer Ratings & Reviews

I chose the subscription option for the first time for MS Office and I've been happy with it so far. The download was very easy and all of the programs open up my older files in Word and Excel that I ported onto my new computer. So far, I have only used Word and Excel and both work well for me. The new look and feel has taken a bit of getting used to, but I've adapted.

Great package very easy to download and use.It contains the programs to satisfy most users needs.

I really enjoy working with Microsoft it is so easy to manuever around. Good quality product.

This product was easy to purchase and install. Email from BestBuy provided all of the instruction needed

Microsoft 365 is a great basic software suite to get the job done. Download was super easy. Works great.

Easy to install and to use. Sucks that it doesnt last longer for the price though.

Excellent product, easy to use with many useful features.

Needed this .. like the ease of use and install ., thanks bestbuy

First time buying the Ms 365 and im loving it! I love that i could connect it with other devices too.

It was helpful to be able to purchase this product and have it installed instead of having to purchase the much more expensive package of Microsoft 13.

Have had no issues with previous files created with 2017 Office.

MLove it intensely. Easy to use even after windows 7.

This was an easy install and works just great. All features work same as the Home Student Office files.

Bought this in conjunction with a laptop and got it for a very discounted rate. Only thing that knocked it down from 5 stars is that it is a subscription model, which isn't Best Buy's fault, but when I went to set it up to renew, Microsoft said I needed to renew it through Best Buy and Best Buy's website said that the renewal wasn't available. Not sure what I am going to do next year when it runs out, but I am sure I will figure out something by then. Given those issues, I would be reluctant to recommend this to anyone.

Great value for all products this contains. Easy installation.

enjoying purchase-new features that enhance the product-am very glad I decided to load it on my new laptop

It does what it’s supposed to do. It’s what I needed to do my work.

Microsoft office makes my schoolwork easy and efficient. The 365 yearly subscription is great because I always have the latest updated version of Office and therefore do not have any issues with online web conferencing or turning in my work for school. Compatible with my Macbook Pro.

Office 365 is far superior to my 13 year old version.

This program is great. Many new advanced features. However it is a bit hard to find each perk and detail that was once easy to find in the old program.
