Great value for the subscription

Only thing that knocked it down from 5 stars is that it is a subscription model, which isn't Best Buy's fault, but when I went to set it up to renew, Microsoft said I needed to renew it through Best Buy and Best Buy's website said that the renewal wasn't available. Not sure what I am going to do next year when it runs out, but I am sure I will figure out something by then. Given those issues, I would be reluctant to recommend this to anyone.

However i did not receive the 1 Tb of storage that comes with the subscription. Best Buy refused to help me. They said to call microsoft. Microsoft said to call best buy. Best Buy would not take my call. I will no longer do business with best buy because they do not support what they sell

I had an old Dell and totally unsure of what would fit my needs and budget. My salesman was excellent as to helping me decide by asking what I do on a computer. I wanted storage for geneology and pictures and a simple Word program. He guided me to a Dell Inspiron 13.3 and I love it. I love the size. It is perfect to travel with as well as use at home. It fits my use.
