Great for school and business.Good software includes all programs needed for documents.

Bought this in conjunction with a laptop and got it for a very discounted rate. Only thing that knocked it down from 5 stars is that it is a subscription model, which isn't Best Buy's fault, but when I went to set it up to renew, Microsoft said I needed to renew it through Best Buy and Best Buy's website said that the renewal wasn't available. Not sure what I am going to do next year when it runs out, but I am sure I will figure out something by then. Given those issues, I would be reluctant to recommend this to anyone.

Microsoft Office for 1 year will be great until I get a job that can provide it for me for free. Nice to have this between jobs in case you don't have it.

Easy to install. Never had to install any type of program or software

I use the 365 programs for literally everything. This is a great deal.

I have been using Microsoft Office for many many years. Am very pleased with the product.

MS 365 Personal is okay. Word is glitchy and it often won't connect to get to the dictionary, etc. But, it works well enough and there aren't many other choices.

personally like microsoft 365 on laptop and sync to Android. Easy to download and install.

I didn’t purchase the plan when I purchased laptop because I was told that it started immediately, and it was for Christmas. I waited and purchased it after Christmas. If I’d ordered with there was two or three months extra service. I think I missed out on that. I’m not real sure.

Just switched from a Windows based system to a Apple computer. So happy to have these products, especially since they were included with my purchase!

Great price for a needed product, easy to set up and start working

I don't know all of the bells and whistles just yet, but I am excited to learn the different tricks available to me through this version of the Microsoft Office suite. It has been an significant boon to my work productivity thus far.

But why does microsoft have to screw things up wigh unnecessary changes?

This was very easy to get installed and set up. Certainly better than in the old days!

I think my experience would be better if someone could assist with the installation/upgrade of the Microsoft account. Following the details on the receipt was not successful, so I had to return to the store and visit with Geek Squad for assistance.

I have always like to have Powerpoint, and Word. I don't use Excel that much. But it is handy if necessary.
