If you've used office before, there will be no surprises here. I'm not wild about the subscription model but in a bundle like this, it is acceptable

Really good product for not only family life but for also students now working from home.

I have been using MS Office for several years and it just continues to get better and better with time. I truly don't like using anything else.

A month later, and still nowhere. I received this program free, as a discount for my computer purchase, and had the opportunity to become familiar with Microsoft Office 365 - Personal, the subscription service, and the alternate Microsoft account system. Its a great improvement overall, because it increases system security and confidence; but publicly could be a hamperment to learn how to use it. My best suggestion is to go to the Microsoft Office 365 site, and read the FAQ page, on the product. This answers a lot of questions, which one loses time over, going the experiential route of just run and install. The program may not be what you want, or, you may prefer just to buy the full disk version. By the way, the full disk version is still available from Microsoft, so don't be fooled by subscription-only offers. The license also lacks continuity, because 1) prohibits revenue/business - generating uses/operations, and 2) the full license disallows alumnus of higher educational institutions, from being licensed, or using this program), of MS Office 365, by inclusion of the separate license, called MS Office 365 - University, within the license terms. The distinction is not that clear, and generalizations can be drawn therefrom. Yet, what will you find there - a fully working, functional version of the MS Office program, including Access database; along with online publishing utilities, and facilities. While I uninstalled this from my computer, it made me think - who or what is publishing online, and with what type of authority or knowledge-based advice are they giving ? This cheap, subscription program is an overdue idea, from the software business, which could be valuable for small, vocational projects, since revenue is not permitted.

Microsoft Office installs very easily and works great!

I am not totally sold on this one. I kinda wish I would have gotten the one time purchase, rather than the subscription. I just really don’t use it enough to make the hefty price tag worth it. But I decided to give it a try. And if after a year I don’t feel like it was worth it, I will get the one time purchase option.

Microsoft 365 Personal is a great value for your money for a year subscription with auto renew.

It works great, but you have to pay yearly. Overall everything works as it should.

I had to get this for my job, but it is frustrating and disappointing that you have to keep paying so you can do your work. Getting really tired of this monthly/yearly thing!

I'm pleased that Microsoft now makes this service available. This is a much more efficient way to stay current with the latest version(s) of Office than buying the full-blown stand-alone version only to have it replaced in one or two years with new products/versions, I'm very pleased with the release of Windows 10 and expect there to be new versions of Office over the next few years that utilize more of the capability, efficiency, stability, and security of W10. Using Office 365 ensures I'll stay current with the lowest investment.

I had to submit an obituary in word. I had sent it google doc but the paper wouldn’t accept it. At 6:00 am I went online at bestbuy and chatted with a service rep who helped me purchase, install and made sure it worked. They were very patient, kind, knowledgeable and held my hand through the whole process. Very grateful for bestbuy service.

I was disappointed when I opened everything up recently and my windows was not with it. I was sick for a couple years and didn't open until much later than I received it. I've never opened keyboard or mouse yet.

Will definitely be used to work,study and create spreadsheets etc for class projects.

I love this compact laptop. I tossed my tablet and larger laptop for this tablet and love it. Coordinating all the data from my desktop was easy-peasy!

College work requires Word! This is perhaps the best program you can buy to complete schoolwork in a professional manner!
