I called best buy and they could not apply it after the fact. therefore, I ordered another unit getting the 10% off. when the first unit was delivered, I returned it unopened back to best buy. overall, best buy should have simply applied the 10% off on the first unit and saved all of us the hassle.

Actual use is easier if you know ANYTHING about the ops of a pc from the old programs. If you didn't well, your outa luck no matter how strong your machine is until you learn it. I really do enjoy having an obviously faster machine and many more options available in almost every area with this machine and programs. As I learn them I can give a MUCH, MUCH better review.

Needed for my work and was given with a purchase of my All-In-One from this store and was even given an additional free month just for signing up for an account. A total of 16 months just for buying a computer-- zero complaints!
