I had to restore my computer and therefore thru Microsoft it acknowledges my account with the 365 Personal but it gives me an error message that I'm currently getting help with the Microsoft company. Waiting to hear from them, can't seem to find my receipt so that I can get my activation code off it. But continually looking for it.

I have the 2019 version on my iMac and have been experiencing difficulties with it due to the updates.Since I need the office suite I bought it.

I called best buy and they could not apply it after the fact. therefore, I ordered another unit getting the 10% off. when the first unit was delivered, I returned it unopened back to best buy. overall, best buy should have simply applied the 10% off on the first unit and saved all of us the hassle.
