I called best buy and they could not apply it after the fact. therefore, I ordered another unit getting the 10% off. when the first unit was delivered, I returned it unopened back to best buy. overall, best buy should have simply applied the 10% off on the first unit and saved all of us the hassle.

Actual use is easier if you know ANYTHING about the ops of a pc from the old programs. If you didn't well, your outa luck no matter how strong your machine is until you learn it. I really do enjoy having an obviously faster machine and many more options available in almost every area with this machine and programs. As I learn them I can give a MUCH, MUCH better review.

I must admit I bought it concurrently without comparison to other "deals" that might have been available on line, etc., but a very good price and Geek Squad installed it on my behalf without any fuss.

That being said, when I tried to download it, it would download and the help line sent me to some man in India who tried to sell me upgraded services and then suggested that I hadn't paid for the subscription. The Geek Squad finally got me straightened out, but I'm not sure I'll continue on with Office in the future. I might have to buy a MAC.
