I felt badly for the women I was working with as I forgot to apply credits so the order had been placed and had to be cancelled and reentered. Also, this was gift and was being delivered to an address other than my own. This created another issue in the system that the 2 women Figured out and handled. Thank you Brittany and Latesha! Youi are both incredible.
