Easy to download and an awesome program. This product will be great for my kids school.

I love this notebook, the only problem that occurs is several pop up at times, but best buy is gracious in correcting the problem.

I had to submit an obituary in word. I had sent it google doc but the paper wouldn’t accept it. At 6:00 am I went online at bestbuy and chatted with a service rep who helped me purchase, install and made sure it worked. They were very patient, kind, knowledgeable and held my hand through the whole process. Very grateful for bestbuy service.

Great product, has all the programs necessary to complete the job

Very upset that there is a renewal fee every year and that Microsoft is not making any more versions that don't require the renewals like their 2019 version. I have the 2019 version on my iMac and have been experiencing difficulties with it due to the updates.Since I need the office suite I bought it.

I use Microsoft 365 for school. It's very easy to set up and use.

What can I say, Microsoft Office is the PC platform gold standard! To be honest the new laptop actually came with a free 60 day trial and I haven't installed this as of yet because my trail just expired. I would prefer to just buy the software rather than rent it for a year at a time but the price was just to low to pass up getting the half price discount when I purchased my new laptop.

I am in University and require Microsoft 365 Personal to be able to smoothly complete all my assignments, projects, and presentations.

I am just transitioning from Windows 10 to Windows 11. 365 has helped but I am still learning and getting used it it!

Always a fine choice purchasing packages like this with a free period trial to try everything and get lower deals to keep it

I didn’t purchase the plan when I purchased laptop because I was told that it started immediately, and it was for Christmas. I waited and purchased it after Christmas. If I’d ordered with there was two or three months extra service. I think I missed out on that. I’m not real sure.

My wife and I were looking for to update Word in our laptop, but the 365 gave us more and beyond because with just one license we can use all the Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook

I got this with my laptop for complementary one year licence. Office 365 is really must have thing in the new laptops. It more Gen x.
