The online storage, the phone and iPad apps and the continuous updates and bug fixes makes this purchase worth it for me. I prefer buying software straight out but I prefer the subscription model for office.

The Rudest Greek Squad Agent Ever!

The product itself definitely merits Five Stars, but my experience interacting with the "Geek Squad" male individual who assisted in installing MS Office 365 in my laptop is bereft of any common courtesy and professionalism that I rate him One Star. He was so condescending with older customers/seniors that he has made me want to stop my Total Tech membership with Brea. He was so rude to me that it drove me to ask him: "Why are you so rude?" He is a liability to the Total Tech program.
