Great laptop for business and personal use.

On line ordering was fine and the online, then phone assistance was great in helping me make my decision. The upload was easier to do, and getting the settings in place was a bit of a challenge. I'm still having an issue with the PIN to open the computer. All in all, it was a best buy and a great consumer experience.
