Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’m glad I bought the Word & Excel programming software as I couldn’t do without them. I do a lot of spreadsheets and write a lot of letters.

Easy to download and customize. Used old microsoft in the past. Firsttime useing 365.

Works better than anticipated after all the stories I have heard about Windows 11. I am appalled at having to pay yearly subscription that can be increased year by year.

I am not very excited about the trend toward leasing software and not receiving the back-up. That said, I did carefully investigate pricing and details on the purchase of 365 Personal for the first year. With a computer purchase through Best Buy (and other stores), Microsoft makes it available for $49, and it includes a generous round of products, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher. Excel, OneNote and Access are also included. I couldn't find a better price, so I have a year to test all the bells and whistles and then decide where to go from there.

Always works. Never an issue. Thank you so much for this great product!

I also want to thank the Best Buy Geek staff for their attention and suggestions on what would be best for improving my computer system. Purchasing and installing Microsoft Office 365 Personal was essential for my peace of mind, allowing me to use its versatility, which my computer so desperately needed. Now I can work with more confidence.

The personal Microsoft subscription is fantastic and easy to install.

I've had, and used this same program for years and it worked fine. However I use Google as my internet, e-mail, and scheduling platform. when. 365 was installed , I had to keep re-choosing Google as my primary. MS Edge and Outlook would not delete or shut off. I had to return to the Geek Squad at the store, and a great Geek Fixed the problem. Still when I tried to link my I phone to my computer MS edge interfered a gain. PURE GREED FROM ms

Great product! Just what i needed for my desktop for work.

Bought this to go with a new personal laptop. Is exactly what I expected, easy set up and registration, and works perfectly.

This was easy to load. This subscription has a lot of features that will no doubt be useful in the future. Word contains several different templates - even resumes. Also included is 60 minutes a month of Skype, which comes in handy for people that use it.

Wonderful product for my personal use, has everything I need with Word and Excel for resume building (templates) and record keeping purposes. Five stars!

This product has helped me tremendously with school projects would buy it again

I am having problems with this product, namely saving documents I have created. I purchased it thinking that I needed the 1TB cloud storage for genealogy. If this problem can be corrected, I will give it a better review.

Great product for Microsoft users. Only thing I do not like is the associated annual fee that did not exist on previous windows.

Each program is user friendly and fun to use. I’m happy with my purchase.

My subscription to Microsoft Office 365 worked great. I purchased last minute and installed it at the airport. When I reached my destination I finished the setup and my granddaughter was ready to use it.

I have had Microsoft for years, but never signed up for 365 until I bought this new computer. It is a good program; I was a bit disappointed that they only have Hotmail outlook and dropped the business outlook program.

Convenient and easy to install!! would recommend!

Works as advertised and designed. My only complaint is that I hate that youmhave to pay for it year now.
