||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this product constantly for personal and business functions. I find that the various segments are important and the relationship between them is so functional. I have a renewal purchase for this product at Best Buy that coincides with my Complete Tech Support. I have also come to rely on the latter service and it has been beneficial in maintaining my equipment.

I would recommend this to a friendGreat product - horrible concept
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product came with the laptop purchase & contains all the popular programs in the office suite. We always install new updates and have had no problems. However, I really dislike the 365-day concept - having to repay for the same (or slightly updated) product every year seems a bit greedy on the part of Microsoft.
