The new MS Office is good, but I really didn't need the new features and upgrades for what I do. The family cloud feature is very nice and handy for moving files between computers, but I did have some difficulty getting it to work consistently and the timing for the files to synch sometimes takes longer than you would expect, so patience is a requirement. The Geek Squad was very helpful in working with me to resolve my issues and tutor me in the proper procedures. Not crazy about the annual renewal fee.

I like the idea of always being current, though. Microsoft is a superior productivity package, and I like the entire suite of apps.

Office 2016 has many streamlined features compared to the previous release and the 365 variant works just like the non-online version. Would highly recommend this cheaper option!
