Microsoft won't listen!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not happy with Microsoft right now and talking to a live person for help is impossible. Accidentally activated two subscriptions and have been trying to get Microsoft to credit me back for one of them. They are basically telling me "Sorry no refunds!" I also don't like that they have gone to an $99.00 annual subscription.
