I needed a way to record "live" a series of training classes, without having to have multiple people and equipment available to make it happen. The Power Point application DOES JUST WHAT I NEEDED. We always install new updates and have had no problems. However, I really dislike the 365-day concept - having to repay for the same (or slightly updated) product every year seems a bit greedy on the part of Microsoft.

My new computer was promised 12/22/20 but I finally received it 12/30/20. The Geek Squad finally came 1/7/2021 to transfer data from my old computer to the new one. I asked if he could load Microsoft 365 since it was my understanding for the new computer. Will my subscription be extended to 1/7/2022? Will need to follow up.
