I purchased a new laptop and failed to order the program necessary to complete various task. I called Best Buy and I was given information and guidance relevant to my questions. I went online ordered my merchandise without any issues. I received my purchase ( The Office 365 for personal use) in the stated time. Best Buy, I appreciate the benefit of being able to go online make a purchase and it is shipped fast and free. Thank you for also providing knowledgeable and professional employees. The item was easy and quick to install. The office 365 is very good quality as well as easy to use. I would definitely recommend the office 365 to my family and friends for their personal use. I will purchase others for gifts. I hope in the future the office 365 can be purchased rather than a renewing subscription. Again, thank you for you time and assistance. Thank you Thank you!!

My new computer was promised 12/22/20 but I finally received it 12/30/20. The Geek Squad finally came 1/7/2021 to transfer data from my old computer to the new one. I asked if he could load Microsoft 365 since it was my understanding for the new computer. Will my subscription be extended to 1/7/2022? Will need to follow up.
