A very good product.

As it turned out, I was able to access the professional version of office 365 through my college which is a continuing subscription that would not need to be renewed after a year son in the end, I did not download the product from Best Buy. The product is essentially the same as the one I downloaded through my college, however, and I can highly recommend it to others.
