I am used to Microsoft and there products so it's nice to have the familiar on my iPad that I use more ofter than a laptop

Tried several times to no avail. Tried to get money back. Best Buy says it has been uploaded and installed and they cant give me another code. I paid for this for nothing. I had to pay for it again on the Microsoft website. Very disappointed Best buy couldnt make this right.
