They were handed a problem created by the Best Buy geek Squad online team. That team Messed things up at a high level . That’s a 1 star if that . In store team saved some of the issue but still didn’t fix the original issue

Nobody else will have access. NOT for family use . Work and Business use only.

I've always used Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Now I am using One Note and One Drive and it could not be more user friendly. I also love that no matter which program I am using, I can view them from anywhere.
