Excel, Word, etc. come with templates but I wish there were more options. Very easy to install.

Although it says Office 365, it downloads just like the Office for Mac 2011 version. I have begun using Google Drive more so I don't use this as much but it is still a great program. I'm not sure if it will expire after a year or not, but if it does I will likely buy the Mac Office 2011 version, rather than pay for this year after year; the program is the same either way.
