User friendly with great results- versatile & practical. Like any software it’s reliable but has a few minor quirks especially with Excel but all-in-all a good package deal.

I currently have machines running all versions of Office from 2010 to 2013 - and now 365. The great thing about 365 is it will never be outdated. The downside is I will end up paying more than I otherwise would have. In my case the cost isn't a showstopper, but it may be for some. I especially like that this product gives a full license to a PC, a tablet, and a phone.
